What exactly is a DTF gang sheet?

One large sheet of ready-to-press transfers with as many designs as you can fit, printed in full color with a white underbase. You cut each design out and press it when you need it, paying for the sheet instead of per design.

Can I mix different designs and sizes on one sheet?

Yes, that is the whole point: front prints, chest logos, sleeves, names, and numbers can share one sheet. Mixing bestsellers with one-offs is how resellers keep the per-transfer cost low.

How should I set up my file?

Send a transparent PNG at 300 DPI at final print size, or vector art (AI, EPS, PDF, SVG). Lay out the sheet yourself with about 0.25 inches between designs. Every file is checked before printing.

What are the press settings?

Cotton and blends press at 300°F for 10 to 12 seconds with medium-firm pressure and a hot peel. Polyester jerseys press at 285°F to stop dye migration. Printed instructions come with every order.

How long do the prints last?

50 to 100+ washes when pressed correctly. Wash cold and inside out, skip fabric softener, and tumble dry low. Inks and powder are OEKO-TEX certified, so every print is skin-safe.

Can I reorder the same sheet later?

Yes. Your artwork stays on file, so a reorder is one click with no re-setup. Color can vary slightly between separate runs; if an exact tone is critical, order a $10 color chart and proof it on your fabric.

What if I can't fill a whole sheet?

Start with the 24x12 sample size, or send us your designs and we nest them for free into the smallest sheet that fits. You only step up in size when your art needs it.

How fast can I get my sheet?
