Color you can't mix, only print
Fluorescent pigment is not a brighter version of regular ink. It is a different ink, and we load four of them.
Neon is the shortcut to a group that finds each other in any crowd, day or night.
Fluorescent accents photograph loud, and loud sells. One neon hit on a black tee carries the design.
Run crews, cheer squads, and staff shirts that need to be spotted across a field or a venue floor.
From file to pressed in four steps
Mark which zones should print fluorescent, or send the art and we flag it in review.
Resolution, transparency, sizing, and fluo mapping get reviewed before printing.
CMYK plus four fluorescent and high-vis inks, ICC-profiled through Neo Stampa RIP.
300°F, wait 3 to 5 seconds, peel slowly, then a 10-second seal press.
Neon ideas: three places fluorescent earns its keep
Not specs, opinions. What we would print with this product if the order were ours.

A small fluorescent hit on a black tee reads from across the street after dark. At a crowded market, being findable is half the sale.

Neon accents on dark tees: visible on the bridge loop, sharp in the after-run photo. Function and flex in one print.

Geometric neon shapes on black shirts and the theme does itself. Keep each print small and let the glow carry it.
Make neon actually pop
Fluorescent ink behaves differently from regular color. Six rules that keep it loud:
Neon is neither hot nor cold peel: count 3 to 5 seconds, then peel slowly. Rushing it is the number one neon mistake.
The second press runs longer than standard DTF: a full 10 seconds under parchment or Teflon locks the finish.
Fluorescent color reads loudest against dark garments with the white underbase doing the lifting.
A full-neon design can fight itself. One fluorescent element on a normal palette hits harder.
$10 pressed on your own blank shows exactly how loud each fluo reads on your fabric.
Neon orders are ready in 24 hours Mon-Fri, so even a Thursday order makes it to a Saturday event.
