Order before 12:00 PM EST, Monday through Friday, with a print-ready file — your transfers are produced the same day. No add ons, no upgrade needed. Same-day production is built into this product.

Orders after the cutoff, on weekends, or with files that need revisions move to the next business day. If your file needs a fix, we contact you before running the job.

Our 12 PM cutoff is 2 hours later than most Miami DTF shops — if you're deciding at 11 AM, this is the only same-day option still open.

No Size Limit

No maximum sheet size for same-day orders. A 24" × 12" sheet and a 24" × 300" run have the same cutoff and the same production priority.

  1. Pre-press the garment for 3–5 seconds to remove moisture.
  2. Press at 300°F (149°C) with medium to firm pressure for 10–12 seconds.
  3. Open the press and wait 1–2 seconds.
  4. Peel while warm (hot peel).
  5. Cover with parchment paper and do a final press for 5 seconds to improve wash durability.

How to Apply Your Same-Day DTF Transfers

Hot peel, press-ready. Here's the full process:

Pre-Press Your Garment

Press the fabric 3–5 seconds to remove moisture and wrinkles. This improves adhesion.

Position Your Transfer

Lay the transfer film-side down exactly where you want the design. Works on cotton, polyester, blends, tri-blends, denim — light or dark.

Press at 300°F for 10–12 Seconds

Medium-to-firm pressure. Even coverage across the entire design area.

Wait 1–2 Seconds, Then Peel Warm

Hot peel transfer. Lift the press, wait a couple of seconds, peel while the film is still warm. The film releases cleanly.

Final Press (Recommended)

Cover the design with parchment paper and press 5 more seconds. Measurably improves wash durability.
