Our DTF transfers are the best for textile printing. They have super vibrant and durable colors that won’t wash or fade. To get the best application and maximum durability of your transfers follow these:
DTF Transfers:
- Temperature: 300°F - 325°F (150°C - 163°C)
- Pressure: Medium to high
- Time: 10-15 seconds
- Peeling: For Hot Peel, wait 4 to 6 seconds after pressing, then peel the film while hot. For Cold Peel, you must wait until the product is completely cool before peeling the film.
- Final Press (for both): After peeling the film press again for 5-10 seconds with protective paper to ensure adhesion.
UV DTF Transfers:
- Temperature: No heat required.
- Pressure: Firm and even with a squeegee.
- Application: Clean the surface, remove the backing, apply the transfer and press firmly, then slowly peel off the film.
We process your orders as fast as possible so you get them as soon as possible:
- DTF Same Day Printing: If you order before 11:00 AM EST it will be printed and shipped the same day!
- All other DTF products: Production time is 24 hours. Once ready we ship it out.
Final delivery times may vary depending on your location and the courier service.
To get the best print quality for your transfers please consider the following when preparing your files:
- Accepted Formats: PNG, PDF, PSD (Adobe Photoshop), AI (Adobe Illustrator)
- Background: Make sure your files have transparent background
- Resolution: 300 DPI (dots per inch) or higher for best sharpness
- Color Mode: Make sure your art is in RGB color mode. This will help us get the most colors and vibrancy in your print.
