These terms apply to anyone using this website: customers, browsers, and anyone submitting artwork, files, or order information. If you order on behalf of a business, organization, or another person, you confirm you have the authority to do so.

Custom orders and product availability

Most of our products are custom-made to order, so all orders are subject to review and acceptance before production begins. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order, limit quantities, remove products or services, and update offerings, pricing, or availability at any time. If something is listed incorrectly or becomes unavailable, we may cancel or adjust the order and contact you if needed.

Pricing and order information

We do our best to keep pricing and product details accurate, but errors can happen. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors, product description errors, option or availability errors, and shipping calculation errors. If an error affects your order, we may contact you to confirm next steps or cancel the order.

Customers are responsible for reviewing product selection, quantity, size, shipping address, and uploaded artwork before placing an order.

Artwork ownership and customer responsibility

By uploading artwork, you confirm you own it or have permission, license, or legal rights to use it. You are fully responsible for the content you submit, including copyright and trademark permissions, spelling and text errors, image quality and resolution, layout choices, and final design approval before ordering.

We do not accept responsibility for customer-submitted design mistakes, low-resolution files, or issues already present in the uploaded artwork.

Right to refuse certain artwork

We reserve the right to refuse artwork or cancel an order if the submitted content appears to infringe intellectual property rights, includes illegal content, includes hateful, threatening, or abusive content, includes explicit or otherwise prohibited content, or creates legal or safety concerns for our business. If a file is rejected, we may contact you for clarification or cancel the order.

Artwork review is not full proofing

We review artwork as an added quality check before production and may reach out if we notice a potential problem. Review is not a full proofing or design correction service and does not guarantee every issue is caught. Customers remain responsible for reviewing all files carefully before ordering.

Production, turnaround, and delays

Production timing depends on the product, file readiness, order volume, and whether clarification is needed. Estimated turnaround times are not guarantees. Production may take longer if artwork needs clarification or approval, files require updates, order volume is higher than normal, or the order includes multiple items or larger quantities.

Shipping and pickup

Shipping and pickup are governed by our separate Shipping & Pickup Policy. Customers are responsible for the shipping address entered at checkout. Once an order leaves our facility, transit is handled by the carrier. If local pickup is selected, wait for a pickup confirmation before arriving.

Refunds, reprints, and order issues

Refunds, reprints, replacements, and claim deadlines are handled under our separate Refunds and Reprints policy. By placing an order, you agree that custom printed products are subject to those terms, including the reporting instructions and timeframes.

Pressing and application responsibility

Final results depend on the customer's pressing method, equipment, garment type, and application settings. Because application is outside our control, we are not responsible for issues caused by incorrect temperature, pressure, or press time, peel timing mistakes, incompatible garments, or improper handling after delivery. We can provide general guidance, but final application remains the customer's responsibility.

Order changes and cancellations

Custom production can begin quickly, so changes and cancellations are not guaranteed after an order is placed. Contact us as soon as possible: if production has not started, we may be able to help.

Limitation of liability

We are not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses related to the use of this site or our products, including lost profits, production downtime, missed deadlines caused by third parties, customer losses from incorrect file submission, and carrier delays after shipment. Our responsibility, if any, is limited to the amount paid for the affected order, to the extent allowed by law.

Account and site use

If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your login secure and for all activity under it. You agree not to use this website for unlawful purposes, interfere with site operations, upload harmful code, or misuse, copy, or exploit site content without permission. We may suspend or block access if the site is used improperly.

Privacy and personal information

Personal information submitted through this website is handled according to our Privacy Policy. Some information is required to process orders, communicate with you, and provide support.

Governing law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute related to the use of this site or our services will be handled under applicable Florida law.
