Firm pressure. Polyester carries a dye-migration risk; keep the press at 300°F.
First wash: wait 24 hours Then cold, inside out, no softener, tumble low. Prints last 50 to 100+ washes.

Stretch every foot
At $3.50 a foot, layout discipline is pure margin. Six habits of high-volume pressers:
Fill the full 22 in width before adding length. A packed foot presses more garments than a sparse one.
Press three or four garments, then peel the first: by the time you circle back, each one has cooled.
Peeling cold film warm is the one way to ruin it. Cool to the touch means fully cool.
Allow 24 hours, Monday–Friday, for production, plus shipping time if needed. For same-day hot peel printing, choose Same-Day DTF Transfers.
