Order Same-Day DTF Transfers or UV DTF Transfers with print-ready artwork before 2 PM ET, Monday–Friday, for same-day printing. Pickup is available after 7 PM ET on the day your order is ready. Wait for our order-ready email before you come.

Where can I pick up my DTF transfers in Miami?
At two locations: Kendall, at 13268 SW 120th St, Miami, FL 33186, and Doral, at 3301 NW 82nd Ave, Doral, FL 33122. Both have a 24/7 self-pickup box. You choose Kendall or Doral at checkout.
When will my order be ready for pickup?
Standard production takes 24 hours, Monday–Friday. For same-day printing, order Same-Day DTF Transfers or UV DTF Transfers with print-ready artwork before 2 PM ET, Monday–Friday. Same-day pickup is available after 7 PM ET on the day your order is ready. Wait for our order-ready email before coming to either location.
Can I pick up at any hour?
Yes. Once you receive our Ready for Pickup email, you can collect your order from the Kendall or Doral box at any hour, any day. Please wait for that email before coming.
What do I need to bring?
Your order number or the confirmation email. That is all you need.
How long do you hold a pickup order?
Pickup orders are held 14 calendar days after the Ready for Pickup notice. After that they may be considered abandoned and restocked, disposed of, or require a new order or reprint fee. If you need more time, contact us before the 14 days end.
Can I talk to someone in person?
Yes, during staff hours: Kendall, Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 6 PM ET, and Doral, Monday to Friday, 10 AM to 6 PM ET. You can also call or text (305) 209-6264.
What if I cannot pick up?
We ship nationwide with UPS. Free shipping on transfers $75+. Same-Day DTF and UV DTF orders placed with print-ready artwork before 2 PM ET, Monday–Friday, print and ship that day. Delivery time is additional. See our shipping and pickup policy.
